Sandy Luo Baldwin

Sandy Luo Baldwin received her senior certified public accountant credentials in 2005 in Shenzhen China. Sandy has worked since 1999 as an accountant or supervising accountant manager for Bank of China, Ernst and Young LLP-Shenzhen, and Wham-O Asia, and as an independent U.S. accountant for CPA, real estate and insurance firms. She founded Sandy Accounting Inc. in 2016 to provide her experience in accounting and trusted business services to the Asian American community. Sandy has native language skills in Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese and is fluent in English. She has extensive experience with the practical regulatory, taxation, insurance and accounting steps necessary to launch and grow businesses in the United States. Sandy looks forward every day to helping business owners understand the U.S. business environment and reach their financial goals for success.

Don A. Baldwin, Ph.D. 

Don Baldwin holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Cell Science, and has conducted genomics research and provided research services at DuPont Inc., University of Pennsylvania, and Fox Chase Cancer Center. As an entrepreneur, Don is co-founder of start-up companies that use genomics technologies to develop commercial molecular detection and diagnostic tests. He co-founded Sandy Accounting Inc. with his wife Sandy to share his experience in technology innovation and business operations with other entrepreneurs.
